Moody's rates Sberbank notes A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 long-term foreign-currency debt rating to the loan participation notes issued by SB Capital SA, a Luxembourg-based special purpose vehicle, for the purpose of financing a loan to Russia-based Sberbank.

The outlook is stable.

The amount of the issue is $750 million with a five-year tenor and it represents the second drawdown of senior unsecured notes under Sberbank's recently established $10 billion multiple seniority debt issuance program, Moody's said.
