SBA Communications calls 10¼% notes

New York, Jan. 3 - SBA Communications Corp. said it will redeem its $49.986 million of 10¼% senior notes due 2009 on Feb. 1.

The Boca Raton, Fla., communications tower operator will pay 105.125% of par plus accrued interest for the securities.
