SBA Communications files automatic shelf

New York, April 17 - SBA Communications Corp. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Covered by the shelf are class A common stock, preferred stock ,debt securities, depositary shares and warrants. Debt securities and preferred stock may be structured as convertibles.

The Boca Raton, Fla., owner and operator of wireless communications towers said proceeds will go towards general working capital purposes.
