Moody's affirms Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Fla., bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the Aaa long-term rating of the Sarasota County Public Hospital District', Fla.'s variable-rate hospital revenue bonds (Sarasota Memorial Hospital Project), series 2007A.

Moody's also assigned a short-term rating of VMIG 1 in connection with the delivery of a standby bond purchase agreement provided by Wachovia Bank, NA to support purchase price payments on the bonds and the conversion of the bonds to a daily mode from an auction-rate mode.
