Thailand's Sansiri plans up to 4 billion baht multicurrency debentures

Madison, Wis., Feb. 28 - Sansiri PCL said it plans to issue up to 4 billion baht of debentures.

The debentures, which will have maturities of up to 10 years, may be denominated in baht or other foreign currencies and may be offered in one or more tranches.

Sansiri is a real estate developer based in Bangkok.
