S&P rates San Jose-Evergreen Community College, Calif., bonds AA-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA- rating to San Jose-Evergreen Community College District, Calif.'s $98 million of series 2008 general obligation bonds.

S&P also said it affirmed its AA- long-term rating and AA- underlying rating on the district's outstanding parity debt.
