Moody's rates San Dieguito, Calif., bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A3 rating to the San Dieguito Public Facilities Authority, Calif.'s $75.345 million of revenue refunding bonds, series 2006A (senior bonds).

Sale of the bonds is expected on May 6.
