San Diego County Regional Transportation Commission to price $600 million bonds on March 18

New York, Feb. 12 - San Diego County Regional Transportation Commission of California plans to price $600 million in sales tax revenue bonds on March 18, according to a source familiar with the deal.

The competitive sale includes $300 million in series 2008A bonds and $300 million in series 2008B bonds.

Moody's Investors Service rated the bonds Aa2 on Tuesday.

A source connected to the deal confirmed the tentative pricing date, but could not comment further on the offering.

Proceeds from the deal will be used for several different capital projects.
