APS Clearing buys $2.97 million claim against Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers

Pittsburgh, Feb. 17 - APS Clearing, Inc. bought Aslan Master Fund, LP's $2.97 million claim against Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of New York, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Saint Vincent, the New York metropolitan area health care system, filed for bankruptcy on July 5, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-14945.
