Prospect News reports two new defaults for March 3-March 9

Olympia, Wash., March 11 – Prospect News reported two new defaults for the period of March 3 through March 9.

Specifically, Prospect News reported a Chapter 11 filing made by Rockall Energy Holdings, LLC and a Chapter 15 filing made by Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc.

So far in 2022, Prospect News has reported 17 defaults, including seven Chapter 11 filings, four Chapter 15 filings, three missed interest payments, and one each of liquidations, bankruptcy filings, and missed interest and principal payments.

Rockall listed at least $100 million in both assets and liabilities.
