Prospect News reports two new defaults for Dec. 30-Jan. 5 period

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 7 – Prospect News reported two new defaults for the period of Dec. 30 through Jan. 5.

Specifically, Prospect News reported a restructuring by Renault Brilliance Jinbei Automotive Co. Ltd. and a Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA) filing made by Stone Investment Group Ltd.

Prospect News also reported a Chapter 15 filing made by Huachen Energy Co., Ltd. and a missed interest payment by Escher Marwick plc, but both of these companies had previously defaulted.

No other defaults have been reported by Prospect News so far in 2022.
