Randolph Hospital gets 60-day extension of exclusive plan periods

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 20 – Randolph Hospital, Inc., which does business as Randolph Health, got a 60-day extension of its exclusive periods to file and solicit votes on a Chapter 11 plan, according to an order filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.

The exclusive plan filing period was extended through Dec. 4 and the solicitation period through Feb. 1.

Randolph is an Asheboro, N.C.-based health care company. The company filed bankruptcy on March 6, 2020 under Chapter 11 case number 20-10247.
