Rockford Tower CLO 2017-1 directed by holders to redeem class A notes

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 24 – Rockford Tower CLO 2017-1, Ltd./Rockford Tower CLO 2017-1, LLC said that holders of a majority of its subordinated notes directed the issuer to redeem its class A notes.

The notes will be redeemed using refinancing proceeds on or after Nov. 22, according to a notice.

Holders of the class A, B, C, D and E notes as well as the subordinated notes were notified.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
