Fitch gives Roadster Finance notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Roadster Finance DAC's €300 million of 5.316% senior secured notes due 2034 a BBB- rating.

The agency affirmed Roadster’s BBB- ratings on Nov. 10.

The proceeds will be used to repay the outstanding €300 million of 1.625% notes due 2024 and related fees, costs and expenses.

The outlook is stable.
