India’s Radius & Deserve Land issues Rs. 350 million debentures

Chicago, Dec. 23 – Radius & Deserve Land Developers Pvt. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has issued Rs. 350 million of secured, redeemable, non-convertible series D debentures.

The 350 debentures were issued at a face value of Rs. 1 million each, according to a news release.

Radius & Deserve Land Developers is based in Mumbai.
