Fitch affirms Rybnik

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Poland's City of Rybnik's national long-term rating at A-(pol). The outlook is negative.

Fitch said the rating reflects Rybnik's adequate budgetary performance and prudent budgetary management, including the control over the operating and capital expenditure and some improvements in the national economy.

The rating also takes into account a decreasing operating balance, which could eventually prove insufficient for debt servicing, according to Fitch.
