New Issue: Russia auctions RUB 6.34 billion of bonds due 2019 to yield 8.48%

Madison, Wis., June 18 – Russia sold RUB 6.34 billion of bonds due 2019 at an auction on Wednesday, according to an announcement from the Russian Ministry of Finance.

The bonds were sold at a cut-off price of 93.6100 to yield 8.48%.

The weighted average price is 93.6594, resulting in a yield at the weighted average price of 8.47%.

Russia offered RUB 10 billion of the bonds and received bids for RUB 10.76 billion.
