Russia cancels March 12 bond auction due to current market conditions

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 11 - Russia canceled Wednesday's OFZ treasury bond auction, according to an announcement from the Russian Ministry of Finance.

The ministry said the decision to cancel was based on current market conditions.
