S&P: RusNano view to negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on RusNano to negative from stable.

The agency also said it affirmed the company's BB+ long-term and B short-term corporate credit ratings.

The outlook revision follows a similar recent action on the Russian Federation, S&P said.

The ratings also consider the unchanged assessment of the company's stand-alone credit profile of B+, the agency said.

S&P said it views RusNano as a government-related entity and expect it to receive strong ongoing support from the Russian government in the form of guarantees on all debt issued.

The agency said it continues to believe that there is a high likelihood that the Russian government would provide timely and sufficient extraordinary support to RusNano in the event of financial distress.
