Rural/Metro's four-member creditors committee appointed by trustee

Wilmington, Del., Aug. 15 - Rural/Metro Corp.'s four-member official committee of unsecured creditors has been named by the U.S. Trustee's Office, according to an Aug. 15 filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Roberta A. DeAngelis, Region 3 trustee, appointed:

• Geoffrey J. Lewis and Steven Cimalore, representing Wilmington Trust NA;

• Timothy Ingoelia of Melville, N.Y., representing Harry Schein, Inc.; and

• Robert Stevens of New York, representing Brownstone Investment Group.

Rural/Metro, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based provider of emergency and non-emergency ambulance services and private fire protection, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 5. The Chapter 11 case number is 13-11952.
