RSC Holdings to prepay second-lien term loan with notes proceeds

New York, Jan. 13 - RSC Holdings Inc. plans on repaying its senior secured second-lien term loan using proceeds from a $450 million senior unsecured notes offering, according to a news release.

RSC is a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based provider of rental equipment, servicing the industrial, maintenance and non-residential construction markets.
