RBS calls A$25.77 million floaters, A$123.22 million 6.5% notes
New York, Jan. 8 – Royal Bank of Scotland NV said it will redeem its A$25,769,000 of subordinated floating-rate notes due 2018 and its A$123,223,000 of 6.5% subordinated fixed- to floating-rate notes due 2018 on Feb. 17.
Both issues will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest, according to notices from the issuer.
RBS originally issued A$175 million of the floaters and A$575 million of the 6.5% notes.
