Chicago, Feb. 12 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $1.4 million of 0% leveraged market plus notes due Feb. 13, 2020 linked to the WisdomTree India Earnings Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times any fund gain.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below the 80% barrier level.
RBC Capital Markets, LLC is the underwriter with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as placement agents.
