New Issue: RBC prices $10 million jump securities linked to iShares MSCI EM

San Diego, July 21 - Royal Bank of Canada priced $10 million of 0% jump securities due July 23, 2012 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final price is greater than the initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus an upside payment of 14%. Investors will be exposed to any decline in the fund.
RBC Capital Markets, LLC is the agent, and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC is the distributor.
