Moody's gives Rossi Residencial currency Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba2 local-currency and A1.br Brazil national-scale corporate family ratings to Rossi Residencial SA.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect the company's position among Brazil's largest vertically integrated homebuilders with a nationwide footprint, moderate diversity in terms of product offering and the commercial building segment, the agency said.

The ratings also consider the company's high degree of controls and management's experience with long track record in the lower-income construction segment, Moody's said.

The ratings are constrained by its limited internal cash flow generation, which has been strongly pressured by working capital requirements as a consequence of rapid growth, the agency said.
