Prospect News reports three new defaults for week of Dec. 29 to Jan. 4

Pittsburgh, Jan. 6 – Prospect News reported three new defaults for the week of Dec. 29 through Jan. 4.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Transmar Commodity Group Ltd. and Roust Corp./Central European Distribution Corp., as well as Rooster Energy Ltd.’s missed principal payment on its senior secured notes.

In addition, Prospect News reported a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing made by Bonanza Creek Energy Inc. However, Bonanza Creek previously defaulted in connection with Oct. 15 and Aug. 1 missed interest payments paid within the grace period.

So far in 2017, Prospect News has reported one default, a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.
