Atlanta, May 9 - Rolta India Ltd. priced a $200 million issue of 10¾% five-year notes (/BB-/BB-) on Thursday at 99.527 to yield 10 7/8%, a market source said.
The notes matched talk of a 10 7/8% yield.
Barclays, Citigroup, DBS and Deutsche Bank were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The notes are non-callable for three years and include a change-of-control put at 101%.
Rolta India is a technology services company based in Mumbai.
