Riverstone Networks' name changed to RNI Wind Down Corp.

Pittsburgh, May 25 - Riverstone Networks, Inc. was granted court approval to change its name to RNI Wind Down Corp., according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Riverstone, now RNI, a Santa Clara, Calif., provider of carrier ethernet routers, filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 7. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-10110.
