Rite Aid debtors report $114.67 million operating loss for January

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 27 – Rite Aid Corp. and its debtor affiliates reported a $114.67 million operating loss for January on $1.46 billion total revenue, according to a monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

The net loss for the period was $114.66 million.

The company listed a $1.2 billion cost of revenues.

The debtors listed $156.72 million of cash and cash equivalents at the end of January.

Rite Aid is a full-service pharmacy chain with headquarters in Philadelphia. The company filed bankruptcy on Oct. 15 under Chapter 11 case number 23-18993.
