RHI Entertainment launches $210 million term loan A add-on

New York, Nov. 16 - RHI Entertainment LLC launched a $210 million term loan A add-on on Thursday, according to a market source.

JPMorgan is the lead bank on the deal.

The add-on is being talked at Libor plus 275 basis points, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition of the domestic rights to Crown Media Holdings Inc.'s film library for $160 million.

RHI Entertainment is a producer and distributor of miniseries and movies for television.
