Moody's affirms RedPrairie

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed RedPrairie Corp.'s B2 corporate family rating, its B3 probability of default rating and the B2 ratings for its senior secured credit facilities.

Moody's said it maintained the positive outlook for the ratings, reflecting the potential for improvement in RedPrairie's credit metrics in the next 12 to 18 months, which could warrant a ratings upgrade.
