Prospect News reports one new default for week of Aug. 29 to Sept. 4

Pittsburgh, Sept. 6 – Prospect News reported one new default for the week of Aug. 29 through Sept. 4.

Specifically, Prospect News reported a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing made by RAIT Financial Trust.

So far in 2019, Prospect News has reported 115 defaults, including 82 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 15 missed interest payments, seven missed principal payments, five Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings, two schemes of arrangement and one each of missed payments, administrations, safeguard proceedings and provisional liquidations.
