Fitch rates Rain CII Carbon loans A-(ind)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Rain CII Carbon (India) Ltd. an A-(ind) national long-term rating. The agency also said it rated its working capital revolvers totaling $54.3 million at A-(ind)/F2+(ind).

The tranches include its senior secured revolver tranche E1 (export packing credit of $15 million) and senior secured revolver tranche E2 ($39.3 million), fungible between fund-based and non-fund based facilities.
