Rainbow Media to hold lender call Monday on refinancing proposal

New York, July 30 - Rainbow Media Enterprises Inc. is scheduled to hold a meeting for existing lenders on Monday regarding a refinancing deal that includes a $650 million term loan, according to a market source.

Bank of America is the lead bank on the deal.

Rainbow Media is a Jericho, N.Y., cable programming company.
