Radnor shows $4.77 million operating loss for month ended Nov. 29

Pittsburgh, Feb. 15 - Radnor Holdings Corp. reported a $4.77 million operating loss for the month ended Nov. 29 on $21.16 million in net sales, according to its monthly operating report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

For the month ended Nov. 3, the company posted a $6.10 million operating loss on $30.14 million in net sales.

The net loss for the latest period was $8 million, down from a $10.04 million net loss as of Nov. 3.

Cash on Nov. 29 was $7.24 million, compared with $6.23 million on Nov. 3.

Radnor, a Radnor, Pa.-based foam cup, container and expandable polystyrene bead manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 21. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-10894.
