S&P may cut Radiation Therapy

Standard & Poor's said it placed the B+ corporate credit rating for Radiation Therapy Services Inc. on CreditWatch with negative implications.

"The ratings on Fort Myers, Fla.-based outpatient radiation oncology services provider Radiation Therapy Services Inc. reflect our heightened concern tied to the competitive and fragmented oncology market, some geographic concentration risk, the company's acquisitiveness, and high debt leverage," S&P analyst Cheryl Richer said in a statement.

Debt-to-EBITDA ratio, adjusted for operating leases, is 6.3x.
