Radian to repay bank debt with stock proceeds

New York, May 20 - Radian Group Inc. plans on repaying outstanding debt under its credit facility using proceeds from a common stock offering, according to an S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday.

Remaining proceeds will be used for our general corporate purposes.

Radian is a Philadelphia-based provider of credit-related insurance coverage and financial services.
