Qatar National Bank guides $600 million five-year green notes to price at mid-swaps plus 140 bps

New York, Sept. 15 – Qatar National Bank QPSC guided a $600 million offering of five-year green notes to price at mid-swaps plus 140 basis points on Tuesday, a market source said.

Pricing of the Regulation S notes was tightened from initial price talk in the mid-swaps plus 160 bps area.

The notes are being issued by Barclays, ING, Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC, QNB Capital and Standard Chartered Bank and were expected to be priced later in the session.
