New Issue: QNB Finance sells $20 million five-year floaters to yield SOFR plus 106 bps

Concord, N.H., Feb. 23 – QNB Finance Ltd. issued $20 million floating-rate notes due Feb. 23, 2027 (series 400) at par to yield SOFR plus 106 basis points, according to a document of final terms.

The notes are guaranteed by Qatar National Bank QPSC and were issued under the bank’s $22.5 billion medium-term note program.

Credit Agricole CIB was the dealer of the non-syndicated offering. Proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes.

The notes were listed for trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market on Feb. 15.

The commercial bank’s headquarters are in Doha, Qatar.
