Financiere Quick makes contingent call for two floater series

Chicago, April 11 – Financiere Quick SAS issued conditional redemption notices for its €360 million of senior secured floating-rate notes due April 15, 2019 and €145 million of unsecured floating-rate notes due Oct. 15, 2019.

The two series of floaters will be redeemed on May 10, with the €360 million secured issue redeemed at a price of par and the €145 million unsecured notes at 101%, according to two separate notices.

The issuer also will pay accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

Citibank, NA, London Branch is the trustee and paying agent.

The conditional redemption notice was given in connection with the expected refinancing of the senior secured notes, which is expected to occur on April 21, the company noted.

The record date is April 1.

The calls are contingent on closing of the planned refinancing.

As announced April 10, the company is tendering for the notes until 11 a.m. ET on April 19 at €1,001.17 per €1,000 principal amount for the secured notes and €1,011.89 per €1,000 principal amount for the unsecured notes.

Quick will also pay accrued interest up to but excluding the payment date.

Payment is planned for no later than April 21.

Quick is a La Plaine Saint-Denis, France-based operator of hamburger restaurants in Belgium, Luxembourg and France.
