Knoxville, Tenn., March 10 - QHR Technologies Inc. announced it will raise C$1.04 million in a non-brokered private placement of units.
The company will sell 1.6 million units of one common share and one half-share warrant at C$0.65 per unit. Each whole warrant is exercisable at C$0.75 for one year.
Proceeds will be used for general working capital and to reduce debt.
Based in Kelowna, B.C., QHR develops software for the health care industry and other markets.
