Finansbank plans dollar benchmark notes by end of first-quarter 2016

Atlanta, Nov. 24 – Turkey’s Turkiye Finans Katilim Bankasi AS is looking to print an offering of dollar-denominated and benchmark-sized notes by the end of first-quarter 2016, a market source said.

The bank is owned by the National Bank of Greece, which is looking to sell its stake. Qatar National Bank is believed to be a potential buyer.

Finansbank is an Istanbul-based lender.
