Petersen Health Care’s committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., April 10 – Petersen Health Care XI, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The members are Select Rehabilitation, LLC, based in Glenview, Ill.; Martin Brothers Distributing Co., Inc., based in Cedar Falls, Iowa; Omnicare Inc., based in Chandler, Ariz.; McKesson Corp., based in Irving, Tex.; Onestaff Medical, LLC, based in Omaha; Lawrence Recruiting Specialists, Inc., based in Atlanta; and Darlena Moore, as independent administrator of the estate of Linda I. Johnson, based in Chicago.

The company is an operator of nursing homes and assisted living and long-term care facilities in Illinois, Iowa and Missouri. The company filed bankruptcy on March 20 under Chapter 11 case number 24-10443.
