Performance Powersports’ official creditors committee disbanded

Olympia, Wash., May 15 – Performance Powersports Group, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was disbanded by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The members of the committee were Hisun Motors Corp. – USA, based in McKinney, Tex., Tao Motor, Inc., based in Carrollton, Tex., and Vietnam New Century Industrial Co, Ltd., based in Hai Phong, Vietnam.

On May 4, Tao Motor resigned from the committee. Vietnam New Century resigned on May 11.

The Tempe, Ariz.-based producer of powersports equipment filed bankruptcy on Jan. 16 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10047.
