Pakistan Water to price $500 million 10-year green notes

Concord, N.H., May 27 – Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority plans to price $500 million of 10-year green senior notes (expected ratings: /B-/B-), according to market sources.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Habib Bank Ltd. are managers of the deal.

The authority intends to use the proceeds to partly refinance debt and fund capital spending.
