Buenos Aires 2020, 2021 bondholders seek to organize regarding excluded series

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, May 27 – Bondholders are leading an effort to organize for the two series of Province of Buenos Aires bonds that did not reach collective-action thresholds in the wider August 2021 exchange transaction, according to a press release attributed to the holders of the excluded bonds put out on Friday.

The series include the 10 7/8% 2021 dollar bonds (ISINs: XS0584493349, XS0584497175) and the 2020 euro bonds (ISINs: XS0234085461, XS0234085891).

Organizational efforts have the main objective of facilitating communication among creditors of the series “and to pursue any appropriate legal or settlement actions with the issuer, as appropriate,” according to the release.

Holders of such series of bonds who wish to learn more can contact info@PBAexcludedbonds.com.
