Promsvyazbank buys back $30.46 million of 11¼%, 12¾% notes

New York, Jan. 2 – OJSC Promsvyazbank repurchased a total of $30.46 million of its 11¼% notes due 2016 and 12¾% notes due 2015, according to a notice.

The company bought $19,511,000 of the 11¼% notes leaving $180,489,000 outstanding and $10,948,000 of the 12¾% notes leaving $189,052,000 outstanding.

Both series of notes were issue through PSB Finance SA.

The repurchases were completed on Dec. 31.

Promsvyazbank is a Moscow-based lender.
