Estonia’s Pro Kapital set to redeem €27.9 million bonds on March 17

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 20 – Pro Kapital Grupp AS plans to redeem its existing 2015/2020 bonds (ISIN: SE000650437) totaling €27.9 million using proceeds from a new issue, according to a press release.

The bonds will be redeemed on March 17 at 101 plus accrued interest of €103,355.56.

The issuer priced €28.5 million of new 8% four-year senior secured callable fixed-rate bonds, as previously reported.

Pro Kapital is a Tallinn, Estonia-based real estate development company.
