PRC unsecured creditors committee loses two members

Pittsburgh, March 17 - PRC, LLC's U.S. Trustee reappointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's bankruptcy case after two members left the committee, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Ashish Madan of iEnergizer (USA) Inc. and Lee Massie Gills of Excel Marketing Solutions, Inc. are no longer on the committee.

The amended committee is comprised of William Vermette of Verizon Communications Inc., Washington, D.C.; Gregg Winarski of IAC/InterActiveCorp., New York; Jamie Oliver of SER Solutions, Inc., Dulles, Va.; Emerson Moore of TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC, New York; and David Ottensoser of NICE Systems Inc., Rutherford, N.J.

PRC, a Plantation, Fla., provider of customer relationship management services, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 23. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10239.
