Powerlong repurchases $10 million of 3.9% notes due 2022

Chicago, Feb. 28 – Hong Kong’s Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd. repurchased $10 million of its 3.9% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS2330499216), according to a company announcement.

The notes were purchased in the open market as of Feb. 28.

The amount repurchased represents 5% of the $200 million principal amount originally issued.

After the buyback, there is $190 million of the issue outstanding.

The repurchased notes were canceled, and the company said it may make further buybacks of its senior notes as it monitors market conditions and its financing structure.

The real estate company is based in Hong Kong.
